For ATM & Clear Channel framing, Exar’s 1, 2, 3 & 4-channel ATM UNIs can do just that on a single chip. ATM UNIs interface seamlessly with our jitter attenuator and 1, 2, 3 & 4-channel LIUs. DS1 and E1 Products - Exar is a leader in multi-channel E1 AFEs offering 1,4,& 7-channel solutions intended to be used with an ASIC that includes a clock recovery (CR), jitter attenuator (JA), and framer. As system architecture changes, Exar's products are evolving to provide full feature LIUs (AFEs with CR & JA) and framers. Exar currently offers a 4-channel E1 LIU and complementary 4-channel framer.
